Two Story 2500 sq./ft. town home with 4 bedrooms 3 and a half baths. Enter the first floor of this beautiful unit to a large foyer/sitting room. In the rear of the property you will find a large open floor plan with kitchen, Dining area and living room with hardwood floors throughout. Access the large year yard from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Many large windows provide lots of sunshine and a cool summer breeze. Kitchen has a large center island, Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The Second floor of this town home has all four bedrooms, including two suites. The master bedroom is at the front of the property with a large walk-in closet and private deck. Master bath with large walk in tile shower. There is a hall bathroom with tub. Laundry room with washer/Dryer and utility sink. The second suite is in the rear of the property making this the perfect vacation home for two families. TV's in All Bedrooms plus living room.
This property has a unique rear yard that is larger than most town homes in the area. The owners have recently have a paver patio installed. There is a outdoor dining on the patio as well as a gas grille. There is also an outside shower to get all the sand off after a long day at the beach. The Beach is just two short block away along with access to the world Famous Wildwood Boardwalk. This is a convenient location where you can park the car and walk to most places.
Owners supply two blow up beds as well as a cot to meet the occupancy of 10. They also allow use of all the beach gear and games in the garage. Owner only supply basic cable and high speed internet. Please bring your own plug in TV smart device for additional channels. NO INFLATABLE SWIMMING POOLS ARE TO BE USED BY TENANTS.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
