Come find your escape on beautiful Paul Lake! Nestled quietly in the heart of Minnesota lakes country you will find a perfect accommodation to relax and take in the evening sunsets from this 4-bedroom new home that is currently under construction.
This house will be completed in May of 2026 with landscaping to be completed in June. It will be serviced with high-speed fiber internet, new appliances and unforgettable memories to be created yet. Pictures shown are of the home in progress and will be updated as the house gets further complete and furnished.
On the main floor when you walk in through the front door there’s a ½ bathroom on your left and in front of you is a large family room boasting a 65” smart tv, a gas fireplace and a wall of windows facing west overlooking beautiful Paul Lake and its amazing sunsets. The kitchen and dining area also feature oversized windows to view the lake as you and your family and guests dine. The kitchen has all new appliances and quartz countertops and will be well stocked with all the essentials such as pots, pans, silverware, glassware, a Keurig with K cups, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent.
There is a water purifier that uses innovative UV-C LED technology along with a carbon filter to provide high quality drinking water where you will taste the difference with your very first sip. Additionally in the main living room area there will be an air filtration system that utilizes a pre-filter, a HEPA filter and a carbon filter that removes 99.99% of particles down to .0024 microns. Clean air and water will make your stay even more enjoyable.
Just off of the dining area will be a nice sized deck where there will be a 3 burner Weber grill with grilling utensils and outdoor furniture to gather and enjoy the outside, lake views, sunsets and the sound of friends and family enjoying the lake.
All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. 3 of the bedrooms have a queen bed and one of the bedrooms has two full size beds. All rooms have end tables, a multi-function charging outlet, 50” smart tv and closet. The master bedroom faces the lake to the west and there is a balcony to enjoy the view while reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom also has a master bath that includes a dual quartz sink and a shower. There is a laundry room and a full bathroom on the upper floor as well. A pack and play will be provided for any little ones that visit with you.
The basement has a full bath (shower only), and a large family room that we intend to be utilized as a game room. There will be a 65” smart tv and will have seating and games along with children’s books. More updates to come on these amenities as we furnish it. The lower-level walks out to a concrete patio shaded from the upstairs deck and provides the path to the lake.
All bathrooms will be stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The beach area provides a huge level sandy area to lay out and soak up the sun or have a fire in the firepit provided down by the water’s edge. The lake shore is a sandy beach with a new dock system to fish off or to just take a running jump in the lake. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and life jackets are provided.

Located only 500 feet from the property is a recently constructed multi-use bike path that stretches 20 miles for anyone that wants to go on a walk, jog or bike ride.
Please note that there are steps to get upstairs to the bedrooms, steps to the downstairs where you will access the lake and steps down to the lake. Additionally, there is a security camera system overlooking the driveway and front porch areas.
This home is being built as our personal retirement home and until that point, we are happy to share it with you.
