The Space:
This beautiful, historic, recently renovated home is the perfect place for your stay in Louisville and an incredible location for traveling nurses, only minutes away from all of Louisville's major medical centers. Located in the Irish Hill neighborhood along the edge of Downtown Louisville, this home is close to everything!
Step inside and you'll find the open living area with plenty of comfortable seating, large windows, and high ceilings. There is a fireplace in the living room but it is strictly off-limits to guests. Beyond the living room is the large dining room with seating for up to six, along with a desk for working from home. The spacious and fully-stocked kitchen features another dining table for four, along with beautiful butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a meal. There's also a full bath and a washer and dryer located on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find the primary and second bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and the other full bath.
This is a Smart TV with WiFi access and you can use the apps on it with your own logins to enjoy streaming content.

- We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).
-This is a 100% smoke free home. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, including the porches and the yard/garden. Any violations of this policy will result in a $250 fee.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire place to yourself. Entry will be at the rear of the home, with access from the parking area through the back yard. Home is accessed with a code for a smart lock mounted on the back door.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located atop Irish Hill in an amazing location along bustling Baxter Ave. Walk everywhere! Tons of entertainment and food within walking or biking distance, including the Big Four Bridge, soccer, baseball, and basketball stadiums, NuLu, and Paristown Points arts district! The property is located right along the edge of Downtown Louisville, and about a 10-15 minute drive from Churchill Downs and the Expo Center. We're also located less than a 5 minute drive from almost all of Louisville's major hospitals and medical centers.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop along Baxter Ave, directly in front of the home. Louisville is also a very pedestrian and bike-friendly city and you can access almost all of the Downtown area this way from our home. Everything along Baxter Ave in the Irish Hill and Highlands neighborhoods is right at your doorstep and an easy walk.
Other Things to Note:
This is a managed property and, unlike a hotel, no one is on site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need anything at all.
This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.
