Real Talk: Our property has been on the market for about a year now and EVERY person that has stayed here has said it is the best one they've ever stayed in. we are not a professional management company, we are the owners that simply set it up that way we would want our own personal home, eg, the air is filtered with 3 systems (5" air filter + central Reme UV treatment + summer dehumidification to prevent mold), the water is softened and drinking water is treated (Reverse Osmosis system at the sink and connected to the new fridge water+ice maker), everything is refreshed with new paint, original hardwood floors were all sanded and sealed (no carpet except for under bed area), all new leather furniture, very well-equipped kitchen, desk area (external monitor, laser printer & 1-gig internet), 3 large TVs with streaming channels, off-street parking, across the street from St Mary's, but on quiet, tree-lined street (but still in middle of restaurants, coffee shops, etc), essentially as well placed as it gets.
We purposely set it up as an excellent place for healing and recovery with that updated-vintage charm.
