Town & Country! Enjoy this clutter-free newer and spacious home located walking distance to Nantucket Town with beautiful scenic views and a spacious backyard. The home was remodeled in 2019 and is located just 0.7 miles from Town and across the street from the Madaket bike path. With a front porch bordered by hydrangeas, and a small deck overlooking the backyard, the setting is very private and is great for families. The house is fully stocked with bedding and towels, as well as everything you need for cooking and grilling. There is also an outdoor shower, air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi ,and two TV rooms. The perfect setting to create island memories that will last a lifetime.
The house has three floors of living space with full walkout basement.
There are four bedrooms (2 King, and 2 Queen), and a bonus bunk room in the basement. The bunkroom has two twin bunk beds (sleeps four children). The bunk room is not a separate bedroom, but is a generously sized room that you pass through to get to one of the bedrooms.
This house can sleep up to 12.
Includes off-street parking.
During the summer: Saturday-Saturday rental is preferred (Sunday-Sunday or other days may also be possible).

Availability and rates change frequently during the high demand periods. All dates and rates must be confirmed with Owner prior to booking. This property is non-smoking.
No pets of any description shall be kept on the premises. If any pets are found on the premises, this will constitute a violation of the terms and conditions of this lease, and could result in an immediate eviction. If said eviction occurs, all deposits made herein will be forfeited. Any exception to this rule must be written out and signed by all parties in the lease.
That the TENANT shall not sublet the leased premises, nor any part thereof.
That all personal property of the TENANT brought onto the leased premises shall be at the sole risk of the TENANT.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed on this property and any such party or event is in direct violation of this lease agreement.
Owner will not be responsible for any damages to any personal property on the premises.
