The dining table tucked under the floating stairs seats four. The guest bedroom and common area bath are also on this floor as well. The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September.
