The space
This 3-bedroom, 2 bath boho modern Scottsdale themed home is 5 minutes from TPC Scottsdale (home of the PGA tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open), Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and the Westin Resort!. Guests get full reign over the entire property including a large well-manicured back yard, spacious patio/grilling area and newly finished, luxury heated pool.
Due to the high electricity costs associated with heating the pool, we will be charging an additional fee of $25/night if you want the pool heated during your stay. Our optimal pool temperature is 81° - during the coldest part of the winter when nighttime lows reach into the 40s (especially when it’s overcast during the day), the pool heater may not be able to heat the pool to 81°. This mostly applies to December and January bookings - so please keep that in mind when booking with us in the wintertime :-)
We also provide several kid's accessories free of charge to make your stay much more enjoyable including:

Kids will love the trundle bed to play in. Parents will love the open living room, fully outfitted kitchen, and the french doors leading out to the pool area. We provide games such as Cornhole and a whole bunch of party boardgames as well as high-speed wifi to keep everyone entertained. Expanded HD TV is included. Climate control works through the state of the art Nest thermostat and the front door is controlled by code via the Yale Nest system. Detailed instructions are provided upon check-in.
The backyard was recently completely redone with turf and river rock giving a luxurious feel to the space with the pool. We recently installed a heat pump for use during the cooler months. We also have a fully furnished outdoor patio and pool lounge area for grilling, and games to play outside so you can still enjoy the sun and mild Scottsdale winter.

- Drip coffee pot with ground coffee, creamer, and sweetener all included.
- Water filtration system (reverse osmosis) for fully drinkable water in the refrigerator.
- High speed WiFi and expanded HD TV (local, family & sports channels included).
- Safety features including fire extinguisher and first aid kit (under the kitchen sink), fire & carbon monoxide alarms, and lots of outdoor lighting.
- Games including Cornhole (bags), Monopoly, Connect 4, Tic-tac-toe, and many more!
- Fully covered patio with propane grill, and outdoor seating for 6!

Please note these requirements at our property for your upcoming stay::
-- NO more than 4 vehicles on the property at one time, all of which must be parked in the driveway or IN FRONT OF our home, not disturbing any other neighboring homes.
-- NO loud music inside or outside after 8 pm. The home is in a neighborhood, so please remember there are people trying to sleep after 10 pm, otherwise it's possible the police will be called and I can't control if they ask you to leave.
