This is a 3 story house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Third floor is living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Great views of the ocean. Second floor has a second master and two bunk rooms. All newly updated. Laundry and elevator for your convenience. Nice patio off the lower level with beach gear galore. You can message us anytime, we are only 10-15 minutes away. Must be at least 25 years of age to rest, there must be a guest of that age staying during the entire length of the stay. ✓ This is a NON SMOKING home. Did we mention we are pet friendly. Bring your dog. We allow 2 under 50 lbs. or send us an inquiry about an exception. Do NOT automatically book unless you qualify above. We do have some breed restrictions. We also have a $150 pet fee, total.
