Thehome is not only one block from the ocean, but also within a few blocks to shops, the pier, coffee shops, surf shops, eateries, and grocery stores.The master bedroom is upstairs along with the kitchen & living room & 2 bedrooms downstairs. Queen sofa bed in living room & the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The garage has a big screen TV, couch, and refrigerator. Street parking only. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required!

LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
