4 Bedroom House in Downtown, Aspen
Spacious, 3,000 sq. ft 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 story townhouse with 20' ceilings in the center of Aspen. See video below. Three blocks to the Gondola, two blocks to Lift 1, one block to the Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass buses, and two blocks to the pedestrian malls leading to all the Aspen restaurants, Paradise Bakery, shopping, the Wheeler, the Isis movie theater, etc. Ideal location and house--read the reviews!

The top floor has 20' high ceilings (not a claustrophobic 9' like many condos), voluminous windows looking on to Aspen and Red Mountains, a 30' x 15' great room with two separate seating areas, a 70” TV and a gas fireplace, an outdoor sundeck, an open dining room for eight, and an oversized kitchen equipped with a Viking range, Sub Zero refrigerator, central food prep island, a 50” TV, and a second deck with a gas grill.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with two sinks, a private toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. The other bedrooms can be configured with one or two beds. Every bedroom has its own TV.
The fourth bedroom can be used as a private office and has a desk, printer, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
There is a garage for a car and ski gear.
Two washing machines and two dryers (better than one like most condos and certainly better than walking down the hall!)
Our preference is to rent for 30 days or more.
