The backyard of this home is like your own private RETREAT with large sparkling pool, beautifully landscaped backyard & 45 foot log pole patio providing plenty of shade on HOT summer days. Enjoy your favorite tunes w/ ALEXA music pod by the pool! Spacious deck area to bask in the sun on super comfy lounge chairs with thick cushions. In the evenings enjoy sitting around the gas open firepit conversing & star gazing. Nice view of sunsets November thru March!
The kitchen is FULLY equipped with all your culinary needs along with an abundance of spices & condiments. Dining room table accommodates 6 people or enjoy outdoor dining near pool. Refrigerator has in-door ice dispenser.
There is full access to the two car boat-deep garage PLUS secure/gated 50' boat parking on the side of the house (shaded in the afternoon). Large propane BBQ for family cookouts by the pool w/ propane provided :) We also provide corn hole boards w/ bean bags and PING PONG table! Grab the popcorn & enjoy movie nights on our 60" HDTV. FREE Netflix, Paramount +, Apple TV & Prime. We also provide DVD's, playing cards, board games, books. Alexa music pod by pool & inside.
Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. High-speed 500 MB internet & WiFi. Wall mount blow dryers in each bathroom. Pool rafts & toys for pool, plus chairs & ice chests to take to lake provided for our guests.
Enjoy Arizona's amazing sunsets (from Nov-May) from the beautifully landscaped backyard of this well-maintained property! Backyard is VERY private. Only 10 minute drive to famous London Bridge tourist area and 7 min drive to downtown.
NOTE: The cleaning fee for one MONTH stay is $199. If property takes longer to clean than normal, additional cleaning fee may be charged. We try to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible. The BBQ takes on average an hour to clean, so guests who use the BBQ pay an additional $25. Renters who do not use it pay normal cleaning fee ($139 week or $199/month)
POOL - April 15th thru May and September thru October we use the solar cover (to heat pool) with easy roll ON/OFF reel! The solar cover (when pool is covered nightly) will raise water temperature 10-13 degrees so NO heating costs for our guests! The average pool water temp in April (using solar cover) is 74-75 degrees. During May pool water temp (using solar cover) is normally 76 to 80. October is normally 77 - 80. We ask guests to put the cover on EVERY night so the pool will stay warm during their stay & be warm for the NEXT guests (pay it forward).
NOTE: From mid-November thru March the pool is NOT heated.
NOTE: Only paying guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use the house & pool (same as if you were renting at a hotel). Additional people require approval PRIOR to booking (there may be an extra charge). SIX people is the maximum amount we allow on the property at any time - including approved visitors.
Our vacation homes are VERY CLEAN, thoroughly sanitized & VERY well maintained. You WON'T be disappointed!
