Cleaning: Your safety is our priority. We have always been obsessed with the cleanliness of our homes, and in light of the recent events, we have increased our already stringent cleaning procedures and policies. Our cleaning and maintenance staff have been, and will continue to be updated and trained to ensure that the homes we manage are as safe, if not safer than, anywhere one could hope to be. We don’t normally use harsh cleaning products, but we are adding bleach and other disinfecting products into the mix out of an abundance of caution. We use Alsco linen service, which already complies with stringent standards for hospitals, so you can rest assured that the linens are fresh and disinfected. We are budgeting additional hours of cleaning after each guest, at our expense, to ensure that the homes are thoroughly cleaned, and we are going overboard, I assure you - better safe than sorry!
We strongly urge guests to procure travel insurance which includes trip interruption coverage, such as through CBIZ.com.

The main house has 2 bedrooms (Queen bed, and three twin beds) sleeps up to 5 guests. The upper guest house has 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in each), for an additional 4 guests.
Set up on a hillside overlooking the reservoir on a working Longhorn cattle ranch, this home is modern, well-appointed, and spacious, perfect for family and small group gatherings. Parties/events are absolutely not allowed. The main house has two bedrooms, with an adjacent guest house with two more bedrooms. The open floor plan keeps things bright and allows everyone to be a part of the fun. Plenty of open space for kids to run and play, or just chill and soak in the view and tranquility.

This home is part of a multi-generational working ranch. This 10-Acre portion of the ranch is fenced off, and very private. Other family members have homes further down the road, out of sight of the home. There is a private gate with electronic code to access the ranch.
It is a 5 minute drive to the town of Nicasio, and 10 minutes to Point Reyes Station. 20 minutes to Marshall (Hog Island Oyster Company). There is fishing allowed in the reservoir just across the highway, and the area is epic for cycling.
This property is professionally managed by Point Reyes Vacation Rentals. Confirmed guests will receive the gate code and lockbox combo. We are available 7 days per week in case anything comes up. Once your reservation is confirmed you will also receive our "Insider's Guide" with pages of local tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your time out here.
Absolutely no animals are allowed on the property.
Guests are limited to their portion of the ranch, and not permitted to wander throughout the rest of the ranch for liability and privacy reasons.
This is a family-friendly house, with games, toys, pack-n-play crib, and high chair.
