Summary: We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. We have been driving from Vancouver Island, and that was our stop to regroup and have a hot tub before our next day of travel. We got there and they said the hot tub was not working I asked why I was not told and they said it just broke the night before. We went to go check out the outdoor pool and while talking to people in the pool who had been there for three days said the hot tub had not been working their whole time. Why lie? I chose the hotel because of the hot tub and did not get a hot tub or option.
