Located in Prominence just across from The Hub (Hyghway 30A), this 3 bedrooms townhouse has everything your family needs. 30A offers a long list of activities; biking, beautiful beaches, paddle boarding, kayak, great restaurant and more.
Spacious open concept main floor with a 60" TV, free WIFI and Direct TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef. The main floor also has a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
You will also enjoy sitting outside on the patio or spend some quality family time playing one the many board games available.
The second floor offers 3 professionally decorated bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king size beds for your comfort. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4). Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Netflix access (and other applications).
You will find all equipment necessary for an enjoyable vacation in our townhouse saving you time and money. Included free of charges with our home are 4 Yolo Beach Cruiser Bikes, 2 Paddle Board, THE PADDLE BOARDS ON THE WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM ARE NOT FOR GUESTS USE, YOU MUST USE THE ONES IN THE GARAGE (THANK YOU). An Electric Golf Cart and other beach equipment such as chairs and boogie board.
During the season (memorial day to labor day), a shuttle bus can take you to the beach which runs between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. Deer Lake State Park beach is the closest access located about a quarter mile away. There is a relatively small pay parking lot with a long board walk leading to the beautiful Gulf Beach. Slightly over 3 miles towards the west on 30A you also have the Santa Clara beach access which is one of the shuttle bus stop. Less than a mile to the East, there is also the SeaBreeze access. This one does not offer any parking but does have a bike station. There are many more access points along 30A should you wish to travel further.
Prominence offers a beautiful 5,000 sq ft pool with cabanas and grill area. You can also have access to the gym while staying with us. Our townhouse is located about 500 feet from the pool.
Just across the street, The Hub offers food and entertainment for the entire family. You can find restaurant, bar, boutiques, play area and a giant 25 feet TV screen where sports and movies are often played. The Hub offers various concerts, festivals, game night, movies etc.. More than just the Hub, we are located 2 miles from Alys Beach and 3.5 miles from Rosemary Beach to the East and similar distances to Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor to the West. All these locations will offer a great variety of shopping, dinning and entertainment experiences.
