You will love this comfy urban MIL suite, in the desirable Shandon area, steps away from Devine Street eateries/shops, & a few blocks from CVS & Earthfare. A great area for running/walking/biking/meandering in general. Quiet & safe, perfect for a visiting individual, couples, or close friends needing both privacy & convenience; an easy ride to USC, Ft. Jackson, hospitals, the Vista, 5 Points, Columbia's City Center (in & around Main Street), & all interstates-- a fantastic home away from home!
The space
The back MIL Suite (with a small kitchenette, bedroom, full bath, and living area) is located in a fenced in, private backyard. Although it is connected to the front house, it has it's own private entryway in the back, just inside the wrought iron gate. Please note that this is a shared property, as the front section of this home & backyard cottage are also listed on Airbnb and frequently have guests. Please be respectful regarding noise and the space provided.

Guests have access to the entire backyard area, including a small outdoor patio outside the front door, a hammock spot for relaxing, reading, or catching up on some sleep
