When booking your reservation with PETS, you confirm & validate that your PETS does NOT meet the breed "restricted" pet list: Restricted breeds are typically dogs that are considered to be dangerous by the wider public. These dogs are typically larger and can cause significant injury during an attack, more so than a smaller breed. You validate your pets are well mannered and trained.
NOTE: The complex has a large outdoor dog run and pet relief area outside the complex. Several pet friendly walking area's just outside the complex. Nightly pet friendly families gather for Pet play dates between 4-6pm at the school yard next door to this condo.

**STRICT 1 day cleaning protocols are taken between guest ** Ceiling to Floor Disinfecting /Sanitizing protocols. Airing out of the unit following bookings. Complete turnover of all linens & towels with outside laundry vendor. Due to the extensiveness and detail please be advised there is a Per stay cleaning and laundry fee.
