The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending contemporary elegance with subtle British influences. The lobby creates a fantastic first impression, with high ceilings, stylish décor and a calm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and genuinely eager to help, making the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in any hotel. The bathroom felt like a private spa, featuring premium fixtures, a luxurious rainfall shower and high-quality amenities.
