We'd love to have you as guests! Our family purchased our Harbor Island beach home, Sea Isle Vista, in the fall of 2019, and we just completed its extensive renovation in May, 2020. Our condo has been thoroughly and thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, and we’d love to have you as a guest!
Our condo is squeaky clean and appointed with all brand new, carefully-selected upscale furnishings, artwork, cabinetry and countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, kitchenware, bedding, linens, and amenities - all new! We’ve put a great deal of heart into our condo and worked hard to create a home that includes all the must-haves on a vacation home wish list! It’s a contemporary, peaceful retreat!

Sea Isle Vista, our family’s beach condo, is located on the highly desirable, private, and gated Harbor Island, South Carolina. We love our easy walk to the beautiful sugar sand beach from our condo, with two beach access walkways nearby. We enjoy spending relaxing days on the beach, taking in the views, building sand castles, watching the sea and shore birds, and spotting dolphins. Harbor Island is a family-friendly beach with unspoiled nature taking center stage.
In addition to the pristine Harbor Island beach, Harbor Island has 3 outdoor seasonal swimming pools within short walking distance from our condo! The Beach and Racquet Club is just across the street, with its huge swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball court.
Harbor Island is a prestigious private and gated island resort with 24-hour/365-day security. Our Island roads are paved, well-maintained, and easily drivable. There is comfortable parking in the parking lot directly in front of our condo.
Our family’s condo, Sea Isle Vista, is situated in the peaceful, tropical setting of lovely Harbor Island. Our condo’s second floor location gives us wonderful views. We have stunning, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, ocean marsh, Johnson Creek, and Hunting Island. It’s a very unique view of all four features that’s beautiful and incredibly tranquil. Take a seat on our deck, sit back, and enjoy the view and relaxing sea breeze! We love having meals at the table on our deck, or kicking back in one of the loungers and watching the variety of sea birds.
When you first enter Sea Isle Vista from our front entrance deck, you’ll be greeted with a comfortable open floor plan, stylish and upscale furnishings, and gorgeous view. You’ll see gleaming new flooring and all brand new furnishings as well. It’s a very inviting space that is modern, bright, and peaceful.
You’ll find the kitchen is fully equipped with all new cabinets, granite countertops, porcelain tile backsplash, large sink, and faucet. The kitchen has beautiful new flooring as well and is fully stocked with all new pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking bowls, and utensils. We even have kids’ cups, plates, bowls, and utensils for the little ones. Also, for your use are a combo Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer. The kitchen is lovely with all new stainless steel appliances. It’s a great area to prepare some fantastic gourmet meals or whip up some quick drinks and snacks. You’ll also find a brand new full size, large capacity, high efficiency washer and dryer set as well.
Just next to the kitchen is the open dining area, with an elegant dining table with comfortable seating for six people at the table. There is also a bar open to the kitchen with bar stools.
The living room, which is open to the kitchen and dining area, has a new plush sofa, two comfy chairs, three tables, and three lamps. There’s also a fantastic ceiling fan in the living room, plus additional lighting as well. You’ll be pleased with the large 55” flat screen Samsung Smart HD TV in the living room to catch up on your favorite shows or games, complete with cable TV and complimentary Netflix. For even more fun and entertainment, we have a PlayStation and PS Now membership with complementary guest access during your stay, as well as a collection of board games, cards, and books. We have several books on SC coastal wildlife, as well as area maps.
Our condo’s back deck is located just off the living room. We have brand new comfortable outdoor seating there as well, including a dining table and chairs, table umbrella, and two loungers for further relaxing. The views from the deck are amazing; we can’t get enough of our gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean, ocean marsh, Johnson Creek, and Hunting Island. Sunrises and star-gazing are especially stunning out there! Savor your morning coffee or your evening beverage on the deck, take in the views, and leave your cares behind!
On the main floor, we also conveniently have a powder room with new flooring, cabinetry, granite countertop, and mirror, and also a new toilet, sink, and faucet.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a new king size bed, dresser, night stands, bedside lamps, and ceiling fan. All the furniture, as well as the comfortable mattress and linens, are brand new. There’s another Samsung flat screen Smart HD TV here as well. You’ll also appreciate the lovely views from this bedroom, open to the sea, ocean marsh, Johnson Creek, and Hunting Island! A full en suite bath is included here, with new flooring, cabinetry, granite countertop, and mirror, as well as a new shower/tub, toilet, sink, and faucets.
There’s a second bedroom on our upstairs level as well. It is furnished with a high-end, solid, and roomy queen over queen bunkbed, and it’s perfect and quite comfortable for adults and children alike. It’s designed for people of all ages to sleep comfortably there. There are also a dresser, two nightstands, and two bedside lamps in this second bedroom. There’s another flat screen Samsung Smart HD TV here as well. All the furniture, as well as the mattresses and linens, are also all brand new. We have another full en suite bath here, with new flooring, cabinets, granite countertop, and mirror, as well as a new shower/tub, toilet, sink, and faucets.
We are happy to offer free WiFi, and cable TV service and Netflix on all our TVs. For even more fun, we have a PlayStation in our living room, with PS Now available for our guests’ use during their stay. You can play your DVDs and Blu-ray discs on the PlayStation as well.
There are several outdoor charcoal grills near our condo. An iron and ironing board, hairdryers in both full baths, and luggage racks in the bedrooms are available for your use as well. We’ve tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
