A beautiful sunroom that overlooks the redwood deck with a large size backyard and propane grill ready for your enjoyment.

The Space:
Located in the historic Alta Vista neighborhood minutes from downtown. Very eclectic area within minutes to foodie inspired and award winning restaurants and boutique shopping.

Note: This house is an older home, although it's been renovated - it still creaks and makes some noise when you walk throughout the house and upstairs.
