Summary: We were able to check in 2.5 hours early which was a huge plus! I assume we had to do the virtual check-in because of that. It went fine except the scanning of the backside of my ID took multiple attempts until an on-site staff member helped me out. The room was clean and on-site parking was nice and felt secure. We received fresh towels daily as well as having the rest of our room freshened up. It seems like a lot of hotels no longer do this unless requested. It was very nice to not have to ask for clean towels. The day we were to check-out we received a call promptly at 10am telling us check-out was at 11:00. Yep...we were already told that upon check-in. We did not request a reminder. My boyfriend did have a question for them a few minutes later and when he called the front desk or whoeever answered that line all they would say is, "It's 11." No matter what he said or how he reworded the question it seemed this person did not know much English and could not comprehend what he was even saying. You have to use your keycard to access the parking area. We couldn't even get back tonour car because they had already deactivated the room key before 10:30! I was frustrated because I thought we would have to deal with a virtual person to get them to attempt to reactivate it so we could leave. Thankfully there was a guy behind the desk who called me ovwr cause he knew what issue I was having. These issues in the last 30 minutes of our stay made us feel rushed out unfortunately...
