Located 1 mile from the Historic district(town) and right on the bike path to Surfside Beach, plus, at the end of a very quiet shell path next to the pool and tennis, all of the community amenities are right there. Parking for one car too!
Susans Child affords a wonderful open floor plan with a brand new kitchen, gorgeous granite, new appliances, and all new bathrooms. Home is lovely and in the well-maintained and prestigious award winning development of "Nashaquisset." Home has a master ensuite on the first floor, granite countertops, another first-floor Bedroom/ queen with second full hall bath and full-size first floor, washer, and dryer. Large bedroom upstairs with two twin beds and full hall bath. A twin bed in the loft /4th bedroom, with a reading area. Huge private backyard (largest in entire development) which is great for our annual croquet party! Awesome vacation spot - truly Wanderlist!
Central AC, shared pool and tennis(2 Har-Tru courts), inclusive, and I have the BEST location, being next to the pool and tennis, no dragging kids across the streets to the pool and tennis. Easy access to the bus stop as well, one block from the back door for the Nrta(Bus service all over Nantucket). Easy bike ride to the best beach in Nantucket (Surfside), or out the back to CISCO BREWERY, Maria Mitchell Observatory, and Cisco beach. Also close to Downyflake, Stop and Shop and more. Quick walk to the historic district, truly a great location:) Wonderful outdoor shower too. Home includes the use of pool toys, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs and more. Observatory is a 5 minute bike ride too.
This is truly a great location as you can walk to town, or catch the bus, ride easily to Surfside on the bikes, or use the NRTA(bus). Nice town location but also, very quiet at night as Susans Child is at the end of the very quiet shell path, no traffic at ALL.
This is a weekly rental but please contact the owner if extra days are required or fewer as I often can accommodate. Also, on shoulder season I can offer a 5 night stay.
Great home for a wedding party as very few Nashaquisset homes have 4 Br with 3 Full baths! Also, many weddings have used the home and the yard for their photographs. Our community has so many beautiful paths and areas, the pictures turned out great. The kitchen is well stocked as I love to cook and entertain. There is a large screen TV inside the armoire and a TV in the MBR suite. The pool is open from 9 am to 6pm so everyone can get back from the beach and enjoy a wonderful evening swim as its truly next door. The tennis courts are also open too. A wonderful changing area at the pool complex as well in case you arrive early before check-in, you can start your vacation right away! Also tables and chairs at the pool complex for family lunches or dinners. We are following strict CDC guidelines for pool sign up and tennis so it is never over the limit. Sign in is required by all guests.
