Luxury 5BR Home in Town with Heated Private Pool! This home built in 2016 holds five bedrooms all with their own en suite bathrooms, and offers ample space indoors and outdoors on the pool deck. The quiet Vestal Street neighborhood is conveniently located on the edge of Town, a short walk to Main Street, yet still central to many of the Islands most beloved landmarks and beaches. Updated with new pillows and bedding (Serena & Lily and Pottery Barn) throughout the home.
Enter from Vestal Street through the covered front porch into a warm foyer. To the left are a large laundry room, an open office, and a powder room. To the right, the first floor opens up to an open concept living and dining area with a large kitchen outfitted with top of the line appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and Bosch dishwasher. A large center island is the focal point of this area and offers bar seating, perfect for gathering. The open concept living area with large TV and Sonos Soundbar opens through double French doors to the outdoor patio complete with a pool, cabana, grill and space for outdoor lounging. A large king suite completes this floor complete with a walk-in closet and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed double shower.
The second floor is home to three large bedroom suites. The primary suite is light and bright offering a king bed, two generous closet spaces, double sinks, a large shower, a soaking tub, and marble details throughout. The other two suites on this floor each have a queen bed as well as a dedicated ensuite bathroom with shower.
The lower level basement has a large TV and another Sonos Soundbar as well as a rec room with ping pong table and a powder room, plus an additional bedroom suite with 2 full/double sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The house comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy all of Nantucket without any worries - linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are all included, as is use of a cooler, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. The driveway offers parking for up to 2 cars, and this property is dog friendly (additional fee applies).

Pool will be open and heated in season from Memorial Day to September 30. Please inquire if you are interested in the pool outside those dates. The pool is 12'x17' and has a maximum depth of <5 feet, no diving allowed. Please also note the VRBO Lease Supplement for this property with a pool waiver and other information.
A crib is available at no charge, please inquire in advance to make sure we can have it set up for your arrival.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome for a small additional fee to cover increased cleaning costs. One owner has a dog that visits the property with them. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, on beds, or in the pool.
Cancellation Policy: Because Nantucket is a seasonal destination where people book 6 months in advance, last minute cancellations make it difficult or impossible to re-rent our house. For cancellations made 30 or more days in advance, we will attempt to re-rent the property. If we are successful, you will receive a refund for the lower of what you paid or the amount for which we were able to rent the property, minus a 15% cancellation fee in either case.
