There is a shared courtyard area with tables and chairs. You are allowed access to the whole area. Please note, it is a shared space.

Free parking is available in front of the house. It is available on a first come first served basis.

ESSENTIALS: We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper /paper towels/soaps) however you may need to buy additional depending on usage.
The guest house is located in the back yard. You will have to enter the backyard through the side gate and there you will find your peaceful oasis. You will have the entire studio to yourself. The parking lot and the backyard are shared areas. The entire studio is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4:00PM. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin or late checkout. If it is available there is a charge. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.
We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
