This huge, 1900 Sq ft/unit 28 unit building, is physically located on the 3rd floor as the 1st floor is covered parking. The actual address is for the 2nd floor so it’s only 2 flights of stairs or a short elevator ride up! You still get the perfect view without being too far up!
There are only 2 units per floor, so it NEVER, EVER gets crowded. This is what a beach vacation should be all about! Luxury, ease, and near many attractions and restaurants.
This extraordinary condo features a massive living area with a fireplace, flat screen TV’s throughout and a generous wrap around balcony for infinite views. 500 GB high speed internet is included. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need including a Keurig duo coffee maker. All sheets and bath towels are included. There’s a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, pack & play, high chair, float noodles, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Unfortunately no beach towels will be included.
There is gated parking, 2 designated parking spots (outside of holidays), and a private gulf front pool.
Renters (name on the contract) occupying must 25 years old and over. NO pets. NO smoking.
