Welcome to your perfect getaway on the shores of Lake Poygan! This spacious and charming lake house boasts 6 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the ideal vacation spot for families or groups of friends.
The space
We have a large open kitchen and living area with a nice big table to play card games and 2 comfy chairs overlooking the lake. There is a full bath, large laundry room and one queen bedroom on the main floor. We have a high chair available
Upstairs you will find 5 additional bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with lake views that have king size beds. The other bedroom is set up with a queen bed and desk workspace and the final room has 1 queen bed with a set of twin over full bunk beds. There is another full bath with a tub/shower.
We have a pack and play for your use as well
There is a fire pit with plenty of wood for you to use. There is room on the dock for you to tie up your boat and parking in the yard for your trailer.
We have an outdoor patio table for eating or playing cards and an additional picnic table as well that you can move throughout the yard. We recently added a blackstone griddle and have a traditional gas grill as well.
You will have access to the boat house which has 2 kayaks, paddle boat and a lily pad for your use. The swimming area is hard bottom with stairs to get in and out and is about waist deep.
We love fishing off the end of the dock and have it setup with rod holders. The swimming off the dock has a nice sand bottom, shallow for kids and a ladder for easy access.
