-The use of glitter, confetti, feathers, or flower petals is strictly prohibited in the home. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
-Trash Removal: Tenants are responsible for removing all trash during and at the end of their stay. Any trash left behind at the property after check-out will incur a $250 fee.
-Furniture Policy: Guests are not permitted to move indoor or outdoor furniture from its original placement. If any furniture is moved and not returned to its original
