It's a quick 12-15 minute drive from Main Street as well. This gorgeous, high-end 4-bedroom, 4-full-bathroom, 3500 square foot home (sleeps 14) is PERFECT for your getaway! With a private theater room and two Master Suites, the incomparable luxury can't be beat. Enjoy breathtaking, completely unobstructed views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Deer Valley Ski Runs. It's also surrounded by many trail systems for hiking, biking or snow shoeing. The spacious main level features a large great room with comfortable seating, a 50” HD Smart TV with Sonos Sound System, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with the best views in Park City. The balcony has seating and a gas BBQ for use as well. A full bathroom with shower only is also on the main floor. The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen is right next to the living room and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Everything needed to fix a meal can be found there including a coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, a crockpot, baking dishes, utensils, dishes, and glassware. A sizable dining room table has seating for eight and makes eating together easy. Additional seating for four can be found at the bar. Down one level, a luxury theater room with a 100+ inch projector screen and plenty of recliner seating allows for a relaxing entertainment experience. An Xbox 360 with four controllers is also hooked up to the projector. The laundry room with a top-loading HE washer and front-loading dryer, iron, and ironing board is also on the 2nd level. The first Master Suite is also downstairs. It has a King-sized bed, 40” HD TV, ceiling fan, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom with a full-sized bed, corner office desk with printer, and balcony access has a full bathroom next to it as well. The lowest level of the home houses the 2nd Master Suite with King-sized bed, 32” HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a separate shower and large soaking tub. The bunk room is also on the lowest level and features two Full-over-Full bunk beds and hallway access to the Master en suite bathroom. A Queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping if needed. Out on the patio, a large private hot tub is the perfect place to soak after a day on the slopes. The entire home has free Wifi, DirecTV satellite television, central air-conditioning, full heat, and wired hot spots on every floor. WARNING! This home has a steep, heated driveway. Because of that, low-to-the-ground vehicles won't be able to park. There is driveway parking for two vehicles. No garage parking.
