Riverfront location, 4 BR with 2 master suites, spacious 2600 sqft, amazing views, cozy fireplace, high ceilings, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, lots of power outlets, ... all just steps from the Rio Grande forest! The 2 master suites make it perfect for two families (up to 14 people can sleep comfortably).
The home is in a beautiful location, just steps from the Rio Grande National Forest. It has a huge riverfront lot - great to throw a football or a frisbee in summer, or for rolling around in snow in winter!

The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but is only a couple of miles from the center of town.
There is no public transportation, so you do need a car to get around.
South Fork is about 15 miles from the Wolfe Creek Ski Resort. There is no on-site accommodation at Wolfe Creek, so South Fork is a great location to stay at. We would recommend renting skiis and especially helmets in South Fork, so you dont spend time in long lines at Wolfe Creek.
