Close to the "SandBar Beach & Corky Bells by water. Secluded quiet location surrounded by wetlands, wildlife. Family friendly fenced back yard for the little ones and fur baby's Has fire pit BBQ grill and Sunning area.
Located two lots from Dunn’s Creek a 6-mile, deep river linking the St. Johns River to Crescent Lake. Shoreline is largely uninhabited except for the first two miles on the eastern shore. Excellent for Fishing, boating, Birdwatching and water sports
The space1700 sf. ft. split plan 3/2 bath, 2 screened porch's (front-back) large family size Living room with Jumbo 72" TV and direct tv, Gourmet kitchen, island and breakfast Bar and Large dining area. Master W/king and suite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub, double sink shower) 2nd bedroom queen and 3rd bedroom 2-singles or joined will make a king upon request, Front porch entertainment area with pool table back screen area with outdoor furniture and dining table. Dock has electric plugs and fish cleaning station.
The Yard almost half acre of waterfront serenity, Quiet enough to hear all the animals in the next door - parks and wetlands. Fire pit gazebo.
Drinking Water is provided by an artesian well with pump system and drinkable. However, we supply you with 1 gallon of drinking water upon arrival.
Guest access - The complete home is for guests. There is a keypad door lock. One to Two days before arrival the guest will receive a welcome message along with a personalized door code for your stay.
Fishery - St Johns is known as the Bass Fishing Capital of the World. Both Striped and Largemouth varieties can be found here in abundance large sizes. Also, Bluegill, Crappie and Catfish, Redfish, Flounder, Blue Crab & shrimp fishery just to name a few.
Wildlife - Manatee, river otter and Alligator regularly travel the waterway, and the American. Wetlands, Cypress trees, hardwoods and lily pads line the entire trail.
Kayaking - Dunn’s creek has tidal flows/some current depending on which way it is going (in or out) and planning helps enjoy the day.
Because of its scenic nature, Dunn's Creek is a Florida designated paddling trail.
