This family friendly 3 bedroom villa is within walking distance of the beach. This villa has inverted floor plan and offers stunning views of the golf course. Guests enjoy high speed wireless internet access and Roku TV. Amenities include free use of community tennis courts and swimming pool! The property has been updated for the 2018 rental season with new carpet, new furniture, flat screen TVs, ROKU, new refrigerator and dishwasher, and more! First floor: The very comfortable master suite has a king bed, a private bath with tub and shower, walk-in closet, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds, and a private bath with tub and shower. The conveniently located laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Middle floor has one bedroom with two twin beds, a flat screen TV with Roku and a private access to a small balcony that overlooks the tennis courts. This bath has a shower stall and serves as the common bath but can be locked off from the landing to use as a private bath for middle floor bedroom. The top floor consists of an open floor plan with a living space which opens onto a deck overlooking golf course, an extra large sofa, and beautifully retiled fireplace, the new dining room table provides ample seating and the patio doors lead to the very inviting screened porch, perfect for golf spectators. The cozy kitchen has been recently repainted and includes new dishwasher, refrigerator, cabinets, and counters. Ground Floor garage with interior access. No Sportscard. Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, dining, and bike trails.
