Featuring quartz counters, soft close drawers, full depth pull out drawers, pots/pans/spices and a large pantry this is the heart of the home. There's also a formal dining area and the living room area has leather contemporary furnishings, a flat screen smart tv with cable and WiFi throughout. From both the great room & primary suite 3 sets of sliders pocket to the side so it is open to screened lanai which not only expands living space but adds the view of lush greenery and preserve at the rear of your property. The primary suite has King bed, OEKO-TEX linens, European body pillow, flat screen smart tv, large en suite bath with dual sinks, oversize vanity & enclosed WC. Inside the clubhouse is an impressive work out space, a gathering venue, a business center with computers and printer, library & catering kitchen.
