Summary: The room smelled, and obviously, the management is aware of this, since there was an ancient air filter device in the room, which didn't seem to make much difference. The rug was filthy to the point I didn't want to walk on it without shoes, and the king-size bed needs a new mattress, very lumpy and lopsided, and uncomfortable. I was not expecting luxury at the price point, but this was not acceptable. If I hadn't been on the road so long and in need of sleep, I would have left.
