If you've been spending your time dreaming about your perfect little Isle of Palms beach cottage, we're willing to bet it looks something like this amazing property inside the Wild Dunes Resort! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has a fabulous location just 200 yards from the beach and enjoys access to some of the amenities that the Wild Dunes Resort offers, from being able to schedule a tee-time at their renowned golf courses to dining at one of their six phenomenal restaurants. The resort also offers miles of bike & walking trails and easy beach access!
This beach cottage exudes the perfect atmosphere for an Isle of Palms getaway, from the lush landscaping to the cozy interior. Walk into the main level of the home—it's here that rustic beach charm meets homelike comforts, with polished wood floors and quaint touches that really makes this cottage feel like your very own.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals on the go—maybe a lunch to pack along to the beach, or a nutritious breakfast before a day of biking around and discovering the island. Offering high-quality appliances and both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, this kitchen goes above the average rental with its amenities. A stacked washer and dryer can be found just off the kitchen.
Next, you'll find a dining space with eight seats—great for family dinners at your rental, or for setting out some appetizers after the beach. The living area is just as inviting as you'd imagine, with a plush sectional and a big TV where you can catch up on your favorite shows—each TV in the home has an Amazon Firestick and Netflix, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming services (cable is not available). Outside, a screened in porch gives you a choice of another prime relaxation spot, while another outdoor deck has a pair of chairs and a BBQ Gas grill.
The master bedroom has a television, king-sized bed, private bathroom, and a door to the open-air deck. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, & has a sliding glass door access to the screened porch. The third room has two double beds for extra sleeping space and a TV. There is a shared hall bath for these two bedrooms. With spaces that are cozy and inviting both inside and out, this home is a lovely choice for a relaxed beach vacation!
This home rents weekly in the summer from Sunday to Sunday, and then has a 3-night minimum any other time of year. Come enjoy this cute home and explore Isle of Palms and Charleston (a convenient 35 minute drive to downtown for all the sight-seeing).
Finally, 11 Sand Piper is located in Wild Dunes Resort - A private Resort of 1600 acres, Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, and two miles of bike trails. DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL ACCESS.

There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
