Owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property or for any accident, injury, or death that occurs on or about the premises, except as required by North Carolina law. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner from any claims arising from Guest’s stay, except for damages caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
