Newly renovated in Fall 2021! We added a spacious 4th queen bedroom with a half bath en suite. We added sliding doors in the dining room that lead out to a new large deck in the back which will be perfect for dining and lounging. Renovated laundry room. New hardwood flooring throughout main areas. New HVAC. We hope you are as excited as we are! We will now have 4 nice sized bedrooms. King in Master, 2 queen beds and 2 twins. Bedrooms will sleep 8 plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a 10 capacity. Rates reflect the added bedroom and sleeping capacity. The below description is updated for changes.

A very short walk to the beach (only 8 houses from the water) in Brigantine’s desirable A-Zone, this home is ideal for the family summer vacation and just minutes from Atlantic City if you desire to take advantage of world-class dining or try your luck at the casino’s. Also only 2 short blocks from Shark Park for kids!!
ACCOMMODATIONS
The home sleeps 10 max and has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Large master bedroom is complete with a king size bed (new memory foam topper) and private full bath. The second and third bedrooms are spacious with a queen sized beds in each. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, which is perfect for kids! Additionally, there is a queen-sized pullout sofa in the family room for added heads. Another full bath in the hall. Main family room has seating space for at least 10. Main TV is a Sony flatscreen tv with Apple TV and Comcast Xfinity local cable. 2nd TV in twin bedroom is also a Sony flatscreen with a Firestick option or Blue-ray DVD player. The house is newly updated with hardwood flooring in the main living areas and carpets in the bedrooms! The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 coffee makers (traditional Cuisinart and a Keurig), large pots to cook crabs and everything you need for a stress-free vacation! Central A/C throughout the house will keep you cool and wireless internet will keep you connected. Off street parking in the rear of the house for 2 cars.
RELAX OUTSIDE
Large backyard includes a large deck that can be accessed from the kitchen. Out there you will find a dining table for outdoor family meals and enough extra space to relax and play games. Additionally, there is a Weber grill for summer cookouts. In the front, a comfortable porch and sitting area make the perfect spot for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just chill.
BEACH & RECREATION
You came for the beach; you should enjoy the beach! In the attached garage you will have access to all the toys you will need to have an excellent adventure at the beach, including boogie boards, life jackets, beach games and 8 beach chairs. Additionally, 8 beach tags are provided. You will also have 5 bicycles (3 adult, 2 kid) to use for a family bike ride around the safe streets on the island.
FEEL RIGHT AT HOME
As a comfort for our guests, there are plenty of pillows for the beds and sleeper sofa. Each bed has its own comforter. Please note that you must bring your own bed linens (sheets, etc), beach towels, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and body soaps etc. Also, no pets are allowed.
