The house is perfect for entertaining or for a quite relaxing vacation. The house is about a mile from beautiful Downtown Carmel by the Sea. It is close to Big Sur, point lobos and Golfing at Pebble Beach.
The house has a large front balcony with beautiful Mountain View’s.
The courtyard in the backyard has a gas fire pit, gas grill and a large teak dining table that seats 8 people. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Mountain View’s while you are on vacation. The ping pong table is located outside and is perfect for a little competition and fun.
The house has two levels. The upstairs level is listed in the above description. The lower part of the house is a separate unit. The lease description does not include access to the lower portion of the house . The lower portion at times might also be leased. The people who lease the lower portion of the house do not have access to the outdoor areas. (Hot Tub or courtyard or ping pong). There is Netflix and Amazon streaming only. The amenities listed above are only included in your lease.
The house only has parking for two cars with this lease.
