This charming island home with six bedrooms, and four baths features beautiful lagoon views just steps away from the renowned Links golf course at Wild Dunes! The home opens to a spacious living area for all the family to gather, with a sunroom on the back to sip your morning coffee. Off the sunroom and living room is a large open deck overlooking the lagoon and the end of the Links driving range.
This home is tucked away in the private gated community of Ocean Point located within Wild Dunes. The Ocean Point Community includes access to a community pool located just a couple blocks up the road. Just steps away (approximately 150yds) from the beach access this home is positioned on the Northeastern tip of Isle Palms, which has very limited access. This makes plenty of room for you and the family to sprawl out and enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean! If you are looking for a nice peaceful family getaway, or a golfers paradise, look no further.
This home has been completely refurnished throughout. The large open floor plan leaves plenty of room for the family to spread out, and seating for 8 at the dining room table. Owner has also provided a stand alone Icemaker down in the garage. Along with a new beverage fridge in utility room, and new beer chiller next to the kitchen.
The 2 upstairs king bedrooms open onto another large deck with gorgeous lagoon views. Access to the 2 twin bedroom is through the King bedroom on the right when walking upstairs.
*The home is setup with Smart TV's in the living room, and every bedroom in the house.. With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. *
Community pool currently open year round, and open at 10am.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
WIFI and linens included. No smoking on premise. No pets.
