The patio is covered with two ceiling fans supplying shade with a comfortable sitting area and also a separate dining area. The pool deck features another sitting area with lounge chairs for relaxing or reading your favorite book. After dark, enjoy the patio lights with your favorite beverage.

The open floor plan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 comfortably. There are TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms for your enjoyment. The home has new luxury vinyl plank flooring, furniture, linens and kitchenware. The kitchen is fully equipped with a high bar and granite countertops.
Community Amenities:
As our guest, you will have access to the wonderful amenities of Johnson Ranch, a private community with an 18 hole golf course with some elevated holes in the San Tan Mountains! Johnson Ranch has 41 community parks, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, 3 heated pools with hot tubs, a 9 hole pitch and putt course and a catch and release fishing pond. With lots of shopping, restaurants, and hiking nearby you will enjoy this area!
Pool Heating Information:
During the warm months of June, July, August and September, heating the pool is generally unnecessary, allowing you to enjoy the pool without heating.
For the months of October, November, March and April, pool heating is available at a rate of $40.00 per day.
For the months of December, January and February, pool heating is available at a rate of $45.00 per day.
