Fabulous BAYFRONT house with wrap around decks to watch the amazing sunsets! 3 BR 1.5 baths with a well stocked kitchen and outdoor shower. Loads of comfortable patio furniture, rockers, sofas & chairs. Kayak, paddle board, board games & even Giant Jenga. Dock for fishing and boating with permission. Parking for 4 and more on the street. Steps away from tennis and basketball courts, a hockey rink, skatepark, baseball and soccer areas. The 59th Street beach, Acme & CVS are a 3 block walk! Jitney (people mover) is only 2 blocks away so no need to drive or Uber! 3 additional upstairs bedrooms may be rented for an additional fee.
The space
Outstanding bayfront house has a modern luxury beach vibe. It was built in 1906 and has been recently renovated. Everyone who visits falls in love with it! I hope you will too! It is cozy and I hope you will find it has everything you might need.
TV's work on Firesticks. Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Small dog friendly with approval & 25$/night fee paid after booking, but before the stay.
No large unrelated groups and no parties. Please note there is a set of stairs to get into the house for first and second floors. It is usually rented on Airb so reviews/details and more photos can be found there https://airbnb.com/h/sicbayfrontsunsets

We have some there for emergencies. Please wash, dry and replace what you use.
The house has 2 levels. This rental is for the bottom unit only. The top unit may also be rented if you need more space. ( 3br, 1 ba)
Trash and recycling are picked up on Mondays.
Please note living on the bay has the potential for windy conditions. You will need to take out and put back the patio furniture from the front of the house.
Also the bay can have strong tides. Please have all children in life jackets.
The Jitney runs in the summer and some holidays. Its awesome!! (I am not permitted to add the phone number or link in here but its easy to Google. :)
