The “Spanish Wells” country club and neighborhood is located a 9-10 min drive or 20 min bicycle ride from one of the top 2 beaches in the U.S “Barefoot Beach”. It is a quiet, gated, and safe community. There is a golf course and tennis courts located nearby, and it’s not a busy road for walking or biking.
The house is beautifully decorated with a spacious open floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you may need to prepare and serve your meals. There are plenty spaces for seating in the kitchen and bar area.
The open living room and family room have big flat screen UHDTV’s with a variable selection of cable tv stations, internet, and streaming services.
There is a beautiful view to the pool with a screened lanai and triple french patio doors from the family room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom.
