With a large deck, spacious interior and fully equipped patio entertainment area, you’ll find yourself slipping into the slower pace of island life within hours of arriving.
The first thing you’ll notice after pulling into the private driveway of this contemporary beach house designed by architect Ken Benson is the huge, shaded patio. Perfect for multiple families or multiple generations, this semi-enclosed space boasts a large resort-style sectional, outdoor dining table, TV, charcoal BBQ grill, and a luxurious hot tub that’s perfect any time of year. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower with a convenient fish cleaning table just outside.
Head up the stairs to the partially covered deck and you’ll find even more outdoor seating and another casual dining table, perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a cool beverage on a warm summer day.
Walls of windows create a bright & airy interior space. In the open living area, catch up with your family or friends while lounging on comfortable living room couches or dining together at the large table that easily seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing and serving meals easy, and there’s room for 2 at the butcher block island so the family chef doesn’t have to cook alone.
Down the hall you’ll find 3 perfectly equipped bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king size bed, a bench, deck access, and an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also opens out onto the deck and has a fun elevated twin bed (meant for children) over top of a full bed. The bunk bedroom boasts 2 pyramid bunks, sleeping a total of up to 6.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
