○ No parties allowed. Parties will result in immediate eviction and $500 fine.
○ Please update the correct number of guests.
○ We ask that guests who are not sleeping at the townhouse to please leave the premises by 11pm. Guests who remain past 11pm will incur extra guest fee of $50 per night.
○ Please keep music down to a quiet volume after 10pm.
○ Local guests please contact us prior to booking.
